About Sports Car Club of America

The Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) is a non-profit automobile club based in the United States of America. Formed in 1944, the car club acts as a sanctioning body for Autocross, Rallycross, Hill Climbs, HPDE, Time Trial, Road Racing, and Road Rally in the USA. It runs programs and championships for both amateur and professional drivers.

SCCA currently acts as a sanctioning body for Trans Am, GT World Challenge America, Global MX-5 Cup, F1600 Championship Series, F2000 Championship Series, and the Atlantic Championship series.
